Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed or dispatched for delivery.

Once an order has been dispatched or delivered, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Customers may cancel their order anytime between placing the order and before the dispatch stage.

Due to the nature of food and edible products, refunds are only applicable in the following situations:

Wrong product delivered
Product received in poor condition
Packaging damage affecting product quality

Photos of the product/package
Brief explanation of the issue

After verification and review, if the request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.

Refunds generally take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account depending on your payment provider or bank.
